Fine entire letter used in London to 'Eneas Macdonnell Esq, 2 St Micheals Grove, Brompton' with a very fine 1d Archer experimental perforation plate 100 (SG16b) lettered SK tied fine strike London '65' District Office numeral. On reverse London date stamp MY 15 1851. Excellent usage with the cancellation clear of the alphabet one check letters and within an unusual fine printed circular requesting support for Eneas Macdonnell, the agent of the Roman Catholics of Ireland and supporter of the Roman Catholic Relief Bill of 1828 and also Supporter of the Union....
