1853 PARLIAMENTARY MAIL/'HOUSE-OF-COMMONS' UDC IN BLACK. A very fine entire written and posted at the House of Commons to Hamburg dated July 29 1853, post paid '8d' and on reverse wax seal 'LIBRARY HOUSE OF COMMONS'. Also on reverse superb strike of the extremely rare 'HOUSE-OF-COMMONS' udc in black, apparently only one other example of this hand stamp has been recorded in red on an 1846 wrapper to Corfu. (Ref 117209).
