Large piece from London to a solicitor in Beverley, charged '11' and on reverse fine strike of the Charing Cross first type General Post Branch Office date stamp in blue 24 MY 1830. This first type hand stamp only recorded in use November 1829 - October 1830. (Ref 126634).
