Large part wrapper Brussels to Lambeth London with fair strike 'BRUSSEL/FRANCO' two line hand stamp, also and on front fine strike of the very scarce 'F.P' Foreign Office hand stamp (L559), both in red. Latter hand stamp applied on letters transferred from the Foreign Office in London to the Twopenny Post for delivery. On reverse London date stamps JY 28 1828. (Ref 124406).
