Large envelope, 300 x 123 mm sent registered mail with London to Moorgate Street, with superb marginal Waterlow Seahorses 2/6 deep sepia brown (SG399) and 5s rose-carmine (SG401) both with marginal markings, also fine lower values ½d, 1d, 1½d 2½d, 3d,5d, 7d, 10d and 1s all cancelled very fine strikes 'REGISTERED/LONDON CHIEF OFFICE' oval date stamps 28 NOV 13. A most attractive usage with the Waterlow Seahorses very rare to find on cover. (Ref 142224).
