Free front, some stray ink, from London dated March Eleven 1833 to 'Miss Le Breton, Miss Lawrence's, The Grange, Gateacre, Liverpool'. on front good to fine strike 'ABOVE/WEIGHT' handstamp in black (L832d) and manuscript charge '3/8'. Good example of free frank abuse where the letter has exceeded the permissible weight, this handstamp only recorded in County Catalogue 1830/31. (Ref 143015).
