1905 UNDERPAID MAIL POPLAR TO BRISTOL/'CH' INSPECTOR'S MARK OF BRISTOL (BS199). Post card (corner crease) Poplar to Eastville Bristol with KEDVII ½d cancelled POPLAR date stamp JY 28 05 with boxed "Contrary to Regulations" and "1D" charge mark due to glitter on reverse. Also fine strike of the distinctive small circular "CH" inspector's mark of Bristol in black (BS199). (Ref 86515).
