Post card used locally in Bristol, addressed to Eastville but posted unpaid and cancelled BRISTOL FE 7 07 with "1D/134" charge mark of Bristol in RED and fine strike of the distinctive small circular "CH" inspector's mark of Bristol in black (BS199).
