On reverse London date stamp AP 18 1854. Addressed to 'Richard Cobden Esq M.P., 103 Westbourne Terrace, Hyde Park', redirected to '58 Grosvenor Street' with handstamp '1' charge. RPS Cert 237079 'stains to cover is genuine', comments seem a little harsh. (Ref 145242).
