1856 DIE 2 1d PL.24 S.C.14 (SPEC C7 ABNORMAL)(OI) GOOD USED. Good used 1856 Die 2 1d pl.24 from the very scarce S.C.14 printing (SPEC C7 ABNORMAL) lettered OI, short perforations at top but in a paler red-brown shade than usually seen and cancelled '712' numeral of Sidmouth, Devon. (Ref 145174).
