Small piece with fine used horizontal pair Die 1 1d from the very scarce plate 163 S.C.16 (SG17) lettered OB OC, OB minor paper wrinkle, stamps tied by a fine single strike of the Crimean War '* CROWN *' cancellation used at the British Army Post Office in Constantinople. On reverse date stamp FE 8 1855. Fine piece. (Ref 144918).
