Small piece with three fine to very fine examples 1855 Die 1 1d pl.196 from the much scarcer S.C.14 printing lettered FD ID and GD all with good perforations and cancelled two fine to very fine strikes 'OxO' cancellation used in Constantinople during the Crimean War.
