1877 BELGIUM 10c POSTAL STATIONERY BRUSSELS TO LONDON WITH CIRCULAR MIS-SORTED HANDSTAMP 'M/S/E/A'. Belgium 10c green postal stationery, corner bend, from Brussels to King Street, Westminster, London' cancelled two very fine strikes' BRUXELLES' date stamp 9 JANV 1877. Evidently mis-sorted with fine strike of the circular mis-sorted handstamp 'M/S/E/A' in RED. 'M' indicated mis-sent, the two central letters indicating where mail was mis-sent to and the lower letter denoting the office where the mis-sent handstamp was applied. (Ref 144847).
