Envelope, part rear flap missing and some soiling, used in London to 'J Dale, 15 Cliffords Inn, Strand', 1d pl.114 (SG43) lettered MA tied light strike 'LONDON-W/W22' duplex DE 1 69. Evidently mis-sorted with very fine strike of the circular mis-sorted handstamp 'M/W/C/A' with 'M' indicating mis-sent, the two central letters indicating where letter was mis-sent to and the lower letter denoting the office where the mis-sent handstamp was applied.
