Offaly, 'To The Secretary to the Court of Directors of the East India Company, East India House, London', post paid with 'PARSONSTOWN' AU 27 1848 in blue and very fine strike ornate 'Pd, 1d.' Uniform Penny Post handstamp in red. On front Dublin 'PAID' and London 'PAID' date stamps AU 28 and AU 29 1848. Good usage. (Ref 144839).
