Fine envelope from London to Chris Petersen, Michigan, U.S.A. with very fine German propaganda forgeries of the 1½d, 2d and 2½d King George VI definitives cancelled 'LONDON-E.C.' 1 JLY 1966. A philatelic usage but very rare sent through the mail and one of only six such postally used covers bearing these forgeries seen by us in 40 years. (Ref 144763).
