Post underpaid and on front fair strike 'INSUFFICIENTLY/STAMPED' handstamp in orange and charged '16' decimes (8d). Letter underpaid by 4d, original rate should have been 1s ¾oz rate by Direct Packet. On reverse good selection of date stamps including 'PARIS A BORDEAUX' TPO 24 JANV 56. Fine usage. (Ref 144621).
