A fine unused circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint James Valentine 'Universal Brotherhood' envelope in black on grey wove paper. Design on the address side, in the centre above are two warriors at the feet of Angel of Peace, to the left is a building 'CONGRESS OF NATIONS', other images make reference to trade and prosperity. Inscription reads 'ARBITRATION FOR WAR UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD FREEDOM OF COMMERCE'. (Ref 144583).
