(Blind Bag).' 1873 letter concerning a dishonoured payment, wrapper slight faults, from Finch Lane, London to a 'J W F Fitz Gerald, London' with 1d pl.139 (SG43) lettered CI tied 'LONDON-E.C./83' duplex JA 6 73. On front mansucript 'Not for F Fitz Gerald 9 Boscobell Close' circular missort handstamp 'M/NW/C' and fine strike very scarce 'NOT/FULLY ADDRESSED' oval handstamp in black. On reverse London date stamps and fine strike of the small type oval 'B.B.' handstamp in black (Blind Bag) handstamp in black of the Dead Letter Office. Good usage. (Ref 144370).
