Fine printed receipt, 115 x 76 mm in respect of a refund of overcharging postage on a free frank letter Bristol to Chippenham 'REceived the 24 De 18? of the Postm'. of Chippenham the sum of one shilling overcharged on a Letter from Bristol directed to Joseph Neeld Esq MP which contained and was taxed 1s 0d. Small fault at top but very unusual. (Ref 144193).
