Wrapper, some soiling on front, Glasgow to 'Bank of Scotland, Kirkcaldy' with Die 2 1d rose-red on white paper (SG40) lettered KJ tied fine strike 'GLASGOW/159' duplex NO 11 57. On reverse very fine strike star shaped Inspector's mark in black and 'KIRKCALDY' date stamp NO 12 1857. (Ref 144178).
