Part wrapper London to Wanstead, Essex on front good to fine strike circular handstamp 'PENNY POST NOT PAID/G' (L390) in black, on reverse circular 'O.CLOCK/7' handstamp and London Bishop marks '26/AP and '28/AP' indicating letter received on 26th but not forwarded until 28th.
