Very small piece fine used horizontal pair 1855 2d blue pl.4 S.C.14 (SG23) lettered AB AC, both in STATE 3 following the second repair late in the plates life. Fine perforations and tied to piece at lower left. AC shows TRANSFER ROLLER LINE IN LEFT MARGIN, AB shows plate wear NE square. Stamps are also short 'A' row from perforation adjustment. Rare piece.
