1855 2d BLUE PL.4 S.C.14 (SG23)(AD STATE 3) (SPEC F2i) GOOD USED. Good used 1855 2d blue pl.4 S.C.14 (SG23) lettered AD in STATE 3 following the second repair late in the plate life. One short perforation lower right but very lightly cancelled and showing TRANSFER ROLLER LINE LEFT MARGIN. Very scarce. (Ref 143997).
