Good to fine used 1855 2d blue pl.4 S.C.14 (SG23) lettered AA in STATE 2 (Spec F2i), centred high and several short perforations, Scottish cancellation. The lettering 'AA' was first repaired very late in the plates life and shows restored network at right. Rare. (Ref 143994).
