Good to fine used horizontal strip of four 2d blue pl.4 with the much scarcer perforation 14 (SG23) lettered AC AD AE AF, some reinforcement to perforations and several shorter perforations BUT ALL IN STATE 2 (Spec F2f) and all showing plate wear upper squares, underneath postage and also to the Queen's head particularly noticeable AD.
