Both 2d are in STATE 2 (Spec F1h) and TH shows FINE MAJOR RE-ENTRY (Spec F1g), stamps cancelled and tied from reverse by fine strikes London '19' Inland Office numeral. On reverse London dated stamp NO 30 1854 and 'ORMSKIRK' date stamp DE 1 1854. Very fine usage. (Ref 143971).
