Envelope, opened out for display London to Southampton 1d (SG8) lettered SD, touched at left otherwise good margins tied good strike black Maltese cross. On front light strike 'T.P/Peckham' handstamp and on reverse 'SOUTHAMPTON' date stamp FE 13 1844. Also on reverse fine wafer seal blakc on pink 'Judge/impartially'. (Ref 143878).
