1846 MAIL BRANDON, SUFFOLK TO STIRLING 1d (SG8) WAFER SEAL ON REVERSE. Envelope Brandon, Suffolk to 'M C C Graham Esq, Gartmore by Stirling, N.B.' with 1d (SG8) lettered RF, cut into at top otherwise good margins and tied Scottish numeral. On reverse 'BRANDON' date stamp AU 30 1846 and diamond wafer seal gold on white 'Live in hope', broken when opened. (Ref 143877).
