An unused circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint James Valentine 'Universal Brotherhood' envelope in black on grey wove paper, some tone spots particularly on reverse. Design on the address side, in the centre above are two warriors at the feet of Angel of Peace, to the left is a building 'CONGRESS OF NATIONS'. Other images make reference to trade and propsperity. Inscription reads 'ARBITRATION FOR WAR UNIVERAL BROTHERHOOD FREEDOM OF COMMERCE'. (Ref 143850).
