CIRCA 1890 VALENTINE 'ANTI-SLAVERY' DERAEDEMAEKER REPRINT IN BLACK ON GREY WOVE PAPER. A good unused circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint James Valentine 'ANTI-SLAVERY' envelope in black on grey wove paper, small mark lower right. Design is on reverse of envelope and promotes anti-slavery with images apparen tly taken from Uncle Tom's Cabin showing ill treatment of slaves. Inscription reads 'ALL THINGS WHATSOEVER YE WOULD THAT MEN SHOULD DO UNTO YOU DO YOU SO UNTO THEM/YE WHO TAKE FREEDOM FROM HOW WILL YOU ANSWER IT TO GOD'. (Ref 143849).
