Very fine unused circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint James Valentine ' Commercial/Industrial envelope in black on blue wove paper. Design reference Commerce and Industry with image of the 1851 Great Exhibition building at upper right and Britannia at centre surrounded by manufacture, arts, sciences etc, receiving representatives from other nations. Inscription reads 'BRITANNIA ENCOURANGES THE INDUSTRY OF THE GLOBE'. (Ref 143847).
