1840 ORIGINAL SPOONER CARICATURE No.14 'DANIEL O'CONNELL' ENVELOPE. A superb unused original example of the Spooner caricature No.14 the 'DANIEL O'CONNELL' envelope with Daniel O'Connell centre of caricature, in his right hand a Roman Catholic Priest, in his left hand Lord Melbourne whose dialogue reads 'Mind you don't let me fall Dan' O'Connell' with reply 'Never fear - I'll support you my lambkin'. Other figures in caricature labelled 'AGITATION' 'RECREATION' 'BOTHERATION' AND 'MEDITATION'. A superb and very scarce caricature. (Ref 143761).
