A very fine unused circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint Anti-Graham caricature envelope in blue originally produced by Punch Magazine to satirise the Home Secretary, Sir James Graham for allowing the 'secret office' within the Home Office to intercept and open mail on grounds of National Security. This envelope depicts Sir James Graham dispatching his spies and images of them in the act of espionage. A superb caricature. (Ref 143756).
