Fine printed document, 176 x 127 mm headed 'In the Court for relief of Insolvent Debtors in England' and concerns a John Owen of Carnarvon afterwards Bryndu in the Parish of Llanfaelog in the County of Anglesey, dated 12 November 1823 in respect of him having paid half of his outstanding debt and thus clearing the petition of debt.
