Letter from Treban dated 23rd April 1828, enclosing fifteen pounds to 'Frederic Ruth Esq, No. 9 South Street, Finsbury Square, London' charge '2/-' double rate due to enclosure and on reverse good strike 'BANGOR/248' circular mileage mark in red (W202) dated AP 28 1828.
