Envelope used in London with very fine Die 1 1d pl.192 S.C.16 (SG17) lettered TL tied neat strike London '74' District Office numeral. On reverse London date stamp DE 18 1854 and good to fine strike 'Throgmorton St' straight line receivers handstamp in blue. (Ref 142803).
