Envelope, peripheral faults from Hereford to Mons, Belgium with 4d vermilion pl.12 (SG94) lettered OJ tied fine large part strike 'HEREFORD/357' duplex DE 15 70, also tied fine strike circular 'PD' handstamp in red. On reverse 'MONS' date stamp 16 DEC 70. Unusual provincial use. (Ref 142720).
