Very fine used 1d Mulready wrapper, stereo A232, London to 'Mr R Henry at Mrs Holmes Hanover Street, Liverpool' cancelled very fine London black Maltese cross, on reverse London date stamp AP 23 1842 and Liverpool date stamp AP 24. Within fine printed advert 'Atlas Assurance Company', at bottom left '92, Cheapside, 11th Feb.1842' and claims paid table has 11 lines. Only nine used examples recorded to date. (Ref 141764).
