1851 SMALL PART WRAPPER USED LOCALLY IN LIVERPOOL WITH HAND STAMP '3' PAYING NOTICE OF OBJECTION RATE. Small part wrapper used locally in Liverpool with 'LIVERPOOL/PAID' date stamp AU 23 1851 and very fine strike ornate '3' hand stamp in red in respect of the 3d compulsory registered rate for notice of objection to remaining on the register of voters.
