Fine wrapper from London to 'Edward Walcott Esq, Treasurer, Providence Gas Light Company, Providence, Rhode Island, U States' with four 1s green (SG72), several with trimmed perforations, tied good to fine strikes of the Charles Rideout No.'2' experimental duplex FE 18 59. On front New York date stamp MAR 7 and 'PAID/SHIP' hand stamps in red. Very scarce usage. (Ref 141656).
