1792? MAIL BRISTOL TO STOWEY, SOMERSET WITH 'BRISTOLL' SERPENTINE HAND STAMP WITH ERROR OF SPELLING (BS40). Letter from Bristol to 'Mr Stevens, Atty at Law, Stowey, Somerset' undated but reference to 1792 in letter, charged '3' and on reverse fine strike 'BRISTOLL' serpentine style hand stamp in black (BS40) which clearly shows double 'LL'. (Ref 141040).
