1854-1856 (4) 'Hertford Bank' £5 NOTES WITH 'HERTFORD' DATE STAMPS. A most unusual group of four 'Herford Bank' £5 notes, some soiling as expected, each note cancelled several strikes 'HERTFORD' double ring date stamps SP 29 1854, MR 20 1855, JU 16 1856 and JU 27 1856. Unusual. (Ref 140988).
