Duncan Esq, Bank of Scotland, Glasgow' with fine 1d pl.26 (SG8) lettered PA, four good margins and cancelled fine strike of the distinctive Maltese cross of Greenock (Spec B1tm). On reverse 'GREENOCK' date stamp JN 19 1843. (Ref 138561).
