1838 FREE MAIL DEVIZES TO BATH WITH 'Devizes/Penny Post' HAND STAMP (WL252). Envelope, small tear at upper left, sent free mail from Devizes to 'Major Grafton, Bath', dated April 20 1838 and charged '1' Penny Post. On front very fine strike 'Devizes/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (WL252) and on reverse 'DEVIZES' date stamp 20 AP 1838. (Ref 137646).
