Fine letter from London to Paris with 4d rose-carmine (SG66) paying postage and die 2 1d rose-red on white paper (SG40) lettered KD paying late fee, both tied fine strikes London '16' Inland Office numeral. On front fine strike 'PD' oval hand stamp in red and 'CALAIS' date stamp 15 JANV 59. On reverse 'LONDON' date stamp JA 14 59 in blue. Good usage. (Ref 137022).
