    1834 TURNED MAIL LONDON TO BLANDFORD, RE-USED TO CHARD WITH 'BLANDFORD/Penny Post' HAND STAMP (DT54). Letter from London dated 26th December 1834 to Blandford in Dorset, charged '9', turned and re-used to solicitors in Chard, charged '10' with fine strike boxed 'No.1' receivers hand stamp of Sturminster Newton and on reverse good to fine strike 'BLANDFORD/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (DT54). Also on reverse 'BLANDFORD' date stamp DE 28 1834. Good usage. (Ref 134313).
