'On His Majesty's Service/War-Office' wrapper sent free mail London to a widow in Dublin with good strike 'CROWN/FREE' double ring date stamp 7 JY 1820. With original letter to the widow of a soldier of the 62nd Foot requesting payment of an outstanding debt. (Ref 132209).
