1851 MAIL LIVERPOOL TO NEW ORLEANS WITH 1S EMBOSSED (SG54) AND 1D IMPERF (SG8). Printed prices current letter, some toning and splitting, from Liverpool to New Orleans with 1s green embossed (SG54), cut to shape and 1d imperf (SG8) lettered PL with four margins and paying 1d late fee. Both stamps tied '466' numerals of Liverpool. On reverse 'LIVERPOOL' date stamp AP 26 1851. (Ref 131559).
