Fine letter dated 30th October 1800 stating '... you may obtain a Frank to send them to Mr. Graham...' to 'James Graham Esqr. 6 Lincolns Inn London', on front good strike hand stamp '2' charge mark and very fine strike 'Richmond/Unpaid/Penny Poft' London receiver's oval hand stamp in black (L447), recorded in use 1797-1800. On reverse fine strike (over flap) '7 o'Clock/1800 N.T' date stamp OC.30. Fine usage. (Ref 125633).
